What would you highlight about Volt Apartments
Location near to busy bustling streets and places of interest. Shopping and eating was convenient. Easy to connect to places by buses. Walking was also pleasant and safe with light traffic. Security was good.
Room was a bit stuffy due to lack of ventilation windows and exhaust.

What would you highlight about Volt Apartments
Apartment complex is close to Aotea Square and CIVIC theatre. We had a lovely view of the Sky Tower.
My daughter and I have used many serviced apartments in the city but this one is terrible. The worst part was that we both felt really unsafe during our stay as there was constant yelling/singing and drunk people walking outside our apartment along the causeway. The complex is like a rabbit warren with a mix of permanent residents and visitors. Although you are given good instructions for getting your key, there is no reception if you arrive after hours and you can't store your luggage anywhere at the complex if you check out on Sunday morning for a flight later that day. (We stored ours at Brittomart in their lockers) Only 1 lift out of 3 working, had to queue to get to our room. Do not stay in room 1502! It is located next to the stairwell door for levels 16 &17 which do not have lift access. Therefore people staying/living on those floors would slam the door all day and night!!! Had to call security 3 times in one night due to ongoing shouting, partying and bashing of walls from next door. 1 security guard was not enough to manage such a large complex. All in all, I would never stay here again especially for the money $428 for 2 nights and only really slept 1/2 a night due to constant noise and commotion on outside walkways.

What would you highlight about Volt Apartments
Loved the location with great views out to the Sky Tower & walking distance to the CBD, Britomart & viaduct. Julie (host) text me to say that if I would like a late check out, she would just arrange for the cleaner to come in later. Much appreciated :)
